We conducted\u00a0data transmission experiments using intensity modulation and direct detection, as well as coherent schemes,\u00a0achieving data transmission using 16-state quadrature-amplitude modulation (16QAM) at\u00a0symbol rates\u00a0up to\u00a0200\u202fGBd\u00a0(see Fig.\u202f1(a)).
